I have worn this ring almost constantly since I received in January 2023. Looks real and nice design.Today (November 2023) I noticed that one of the sapphires around the central stone had come out. While I was looking for the missing stone another one came out so I guess that is the end of this ring. Not bad value for the money but not great.
