I absolutely love this! My sister and I have ferrets. We don’t always get along and neither do the ferrets but it is something we have bonded over. I wanted to get her a gift that was really personal, the “always sisters forever friends” style looks just like our ferrets (makes sense since otters and ferrets are in the weasel family). It’s really special and personal. It’s smaller then I thought but I actually like that even better! Can’t wait to give it to her for her graduation! 👩‍🎓Updated : If I could give it more stars I would! She loved it and I loved it too. So much, that I got anouther one. Now my sister and I match. It is perfect!

I am very fortunate to have a sister who is also my best friend!  This otter heart necklace perfectly sums up the closeness we have.  I bought 2 of these necklaces... one for me and one for my sis!  Since we were teens till now, we shared matching sister rings, but I stopped wearing rings so I hope she likes this necklace instead.  I still have yet to surprise her with the necklace.  I received both necklaces very quickly... so a huge thank you to the seller/company for the wonderful customer service!  The cable chain it comes with is of good quality, but I decided to switch out to a chain I already have.  The pendant itself is of very good quality.  The details of the otters is well done, and the CZ stones give it a cute bling bling shine.  The words inscribed are a bit small to read, but just as long as I know what it says... that's all that matters.

Beautiful pendant. I gave it to my wife for Christmas, and she loved it... except she says the clasp is too small and near impossible to put on. I "thought" she said the chain was too short, too, but now she says it's fine, so I must have misunderstood. (Sea) Otters have a special meaning for us, so even though this was a "silly" gift in the big picture with its play on "otter", it was actually a big hit.There's no mention in the product description of what the stones are made of (none that I could find, anyway). Probably cubic zirconium. They're a nice touch, but they're not really needed. The pendant material stands on its own merit. The rhodium plating gives it a neat look (IMO). Still, my wife liked the stones as well.Pendant: 5 starsChain: 3 stars (looks nice, but the clasp renders the chain useless)UPDATE [3/1/2024]:I had to deduct a star. My wife cannot get the clasp on the chain to work correctly and ultimately had to replace the chain. However, there is no issue with the length of the chain as I originally thought.
