The good: these have a light blue body, but you can definitely see the colour. Mine also have a lovely rose overtone, which was completely unexpected, but gorgeous over the blue! The lustre is amazing. I took 3 photos to try to show the body colour, overtone, and lustre: 1 and 3 are natural light, 2 is under incandescent. The size is true to what was advertised. Generally eye-clean and well-matched.The bad: it's not terrible, but one pearl is off-round. I'd take off a star for that except that it is wholly unnoticeable when the earrings are being worn.I love pearls: they are my birthstone and I have a small, but fairly comprehensive collection. These are my first blue akoyas, however, and my first purchase from this vendor, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I am so glad I took a chance, because these are gorgeous and of exceptional quality for the price. Highly recommend!
