It is as beautiful as the picture shows. Easily add a little sparkle to your look to complete any outfit with overwhelming your outfit or competing for attention if you have busy patterns etc.I have slept in it and showered and worked out in it because it is 14k so I figured it will still look good after so much wear and would just be easier to keep it on and layered with my other gold necklace. Although the chain is very thin (a beautiful look with the star), I’ve had no problem yet but likely I should not sleep with it on because other posts mentioned they broke their chain.Because it is dainty, and I’m a petite person, I think 18” is a great length but also 16” would work well for such a dainty piece. Any longer and it may seem odd to have such a thin chain for a long necklace.While this is dainty, it is noticeable. I received compliments each day I wore it and one friend already said she needs to get it too!! So yes, in person, this looks great - just add the photos suggest.
