I bought these earrings for my wife, and she absolutely loves them. I've never bought jewelry online before, so I had no idea what to expect. I looked at a bunch of different earrings, many in the $500 to $1000 range and chose these solely based upon the photo and customer reviews. The price was excellent. Plus, the entire package was wonderful - the entire opening-the-present process is great. Give this gift to your wife, and you will definitely increase the chances that she won't have a headache that night!The packaging is superb. The earrings come in a small blue box that has a small silver faux latch on it. This box comes tightly in a small square box that looks like it's got a ribbon and bow on top, but the top of the box comes off without untying the ribbon since the top and bottom has separate ribbons but it looks like one (hope that makes sense). This box is very cool - really clever and impressive! This all comes in a deep blue velvet (or, felt) bag (kinda like a Tiffany's bag) with silk drawstrings to close it. The earrings were just like they look in the picture - the white gold setting is well crafted and sturdy and the ruby's, while I'm sure not super high-end, are moderately dark red and sparkly. I bought these earrings with some trepidation, but must say I'm very satisfied and impressed with this seller.
