Flat back earrings are the way to go. I have 3 piercings in my ear and I literally keep them in all the time. They have not changed color or given me any sort of irritation. They are easy to change out when you want to mix it up but this are the best everyday earrings!

I like these earrings, but they are half the length of a normal earring, so they are tight on my ears. Other than that I like them because they have a flat back and the color is rose gold, like advertised. Usually, rose gold looks cheap in person, but these are nice.

I'm pretty disappointed. I have always had to buy gold earrings because of sensitivity, but recently got a lip piercing that is titanium and doesn't cause a reaction. I expected these titanium earrings to be a simple, comfortable set I could wear without taking them out at night. Instead my ears are itchy, red, hot and swollen.
