The pin has different ends, reversing the pin may break your watch band.
- Push out the pin along direction of the arrow with the tool.
- Note: Bifurcate end of the pin will be push out frist.
- When you push out two adjacent pins, one link will be remove.
- Set to a proper length and connect the links with a pin.
- Take out the wide thimble and install it on the screw rod.
- Connect the remaining links, insert the pin against the direction of the arrow. Bifurcate end should be left outside.
- Aim the bigger end of the pin with the wide thimble and push it in, installation finished.

I bought this for my 79 year old mother n law. I bought her a new smartwatch but the original band bothered her, so I got this one. I had to take out a few links, but she likes it. It was heavier than I thought it would be but with that removal, she said it wasn't as heavy. I also loved that everything needed to adjust the band was in the box. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the weight. Other that that, it seems well made and very sturdy. I would recommend it.
