I'm using it for my madonna piercing, 7 mm is just right. The back of this jewelry is perfect, it's a really small disc, (not sure size) but it doesn't scrape my gums and teeth. I bought the aurora stone and it's soo pretty! Can't speak of long term durability but I finally found a labret that doesn't hurt. My nose bone and lobes are 7 mm as well. If you're not sure, try this one, it's worth it, you'll love it.

I really should write more reviews on here because I check the real every single time I buy something. This stud is so cute and versatile! I got it for my nose and it fits PERFECTLY, all the ones I bought at hot topic are way too long for my nose. But this one Is great quality and I most definitely will be buying more.

The prongs are sharp but the rest of the stud is great and the seller is wonderful to work with. I purchased a separate bezel top and they were very accommodating:)
