This is a beautiful and very useful scapular to me. IF you wear a scapular for its intended purpose you will understand what it means to be able to wear this and not have to replace it often due to breakage. It wears well and so far has been sturdy. i have been giving this type of scapular to many relatives who have not worn theirs due to breakage.

This is on the dainty side, so definitely not for men. From end to end it measures 13-1/4". I think it should be at least 16" long. If it is worn as a necklace, the medal on the back will be right at your neck. Not good.It is well made, well packaged and beautiful, but more for women and children . I guess you could replace the chain link, but why should you have to?

This is my new favorite scapular! The images are small so they do not get in the way or feel weird. Also since it is stainless steel it can be worn swimming and in the shower! It has sayed together well and I am positive that it will hold together for a long time.

This scapula is beautiful! Just make sure you know the size and measurements that you choose! I would like to also purchase one in stainless steel, gold. Hopefully they’ll have it!
