I love,love, "stainless steel" if it is "authentic" this necklace so far is great! I work in all elements Florida weather can throw at us, the Salt Water hasn't tarnished it which is shocking! I am a "Commercial Blue Crabber lady" I usually always take off jewelry before I go to work but thought what the HECK give it a try to see how long it last, I have worn it solid for 3 weeks, time will tell, for the price Holy Crap! I already got my wear and moneys worth!

The chains were shorter than in the image. The lock and key were much smaller than in the photo. The chains were thin and did not have the beautiful glimmer of the other stainless steel pieces I own.
