Arrived on time & looks exactly as depicted in the photo. The locket was really hard to open at first (the closure was very snug & the hinge was stiff). With just a bit of opening & closing it carefully a few times, it's now perfect.

The chain is too short for the size of the locket. And because the locket is so light it makes a lot of noise. But It still is a cute key chain
