Purchased for Dad as he wears a medical "fall" pager over his neck. Purchased the convenient capsule to add very tiny pills along with the fall beeper, it can be hung on the same necklace, now he has his emergency heart pills and" fall "pager all together over his neck in case the pills are needed. I bought this to hold a nitroglycerin pill and a couple of aspirin so I can always have it with me even when I'm not carrying a purse. I had to buy a longer chain so it would stay under my shirt but I knew that would be the case when I purchased it. I have sensitive skin and this hasn't caused any reaction thusfar so I'm happy with it. It's also remained firmly closed which is extremely important.

Having your nitro close to you will literally save your life. I know. This product will do it, though it's pretty small. It will only hold nitro, not aspirin.
