Pros: It does what I need it to: keep my emergency medication in it. Gives me a peace of mind to know it is always on me, that the "charm/ pendant" is waterproof.Cons: I wish it were smaller; even if just a little. Being it's for me, I personally would like it to be a little more "dainty" but that's a personal preference. Another con for sure though is the fact that it is a screw on/off so when you need the medication, you are there unscrewing (which yes, it needs to be to be waterproof) but I wish there were another way in that nick of time. And screwing it back on afterwards during that emergent time. My goodness. Felt like 10 years.Overall though, product serves its purpose. I wish they had other shapes and sizes for the same purpose with the same quality but hey, you can't have it all!

I bought this to keep nitro pills on me after suffering a heart attack the week prior. The chain was more of a braclet length so I went to a jeweler to have it put on my chain I already wore. This is the third day I had it and when I arrived home from work I discovered the bottom unscrewed while I was at work without my notice. Wasted money and a full dose of meds because of this.

Perfect for what I needed but had to buy addition extension chain to fit around my neck. Good for nitroglycerin pills. Boxing not appropriate stated inside. In memory of! You would have thought I was dead already! LOL

Ordered this for my son to keep his epilepsy meds with him, but didn’t realize it is TINY. None of his pills could possibly fit in there let alone more than one. Nitro pills are the only thing small enough that I could think might fit inside. I’m bummed because otherwise it looks nice and seems well made. Returning for something else.

My pills won’t fit in this but for someone that takes small pill this would be great. It’s waterproof and your pills won’t fall out. I’ve had that problem with other pillbox/necklaces.
