I bought this bracelet over a month ago and have not taken it off since. I have worn it in the shower, the ocean the softball field, and slept in it. It has not tarnished, nor has the medal come off. The medal itself is beautiful....very clear! The only thing is that it catches on my knit cardigans because of the hook closure, but I just take it off carefully when I take off my sweater.
