The crucifix is very sturdy, appears to be made of pewter and has a lot of intricate engraving, but there is no blue enamel anywhere on it.

This is absolutely beautiful! The crucifix did fall off the cross when I dropped it opening the package, but a little gorilla glue worked great and it's better than new. It has a nice weight to it so that it feels substantial to hold it during prayer time. I could not be happier!

I got my cross on the 21st of November and just now Jesus feel if the cross. It's a beautiful cross but I didn't pay money for junk. I recommend not getting it if you'll be wearing it regularly cause Jesus will fall of in a heart beat.
