I’m a former Catholic. Although I now consider myself a spiritual eclectic, I wear this necklace everyday. I have bipolar disorder and severe anxiety, so wearing my necklace is comforting and brings me a little peace.My mother gifted it to me for my 30th birthday.I do take it off to shower. I may replace the chain later but currently the necklace has lasted longer than I thought based off reviews. I do definitely recommend this. The pendant is thick and durable.
