Received in nice shape but after a few weeks the chain rusted! Yuck, rough and ugly. Tried several jewelry cleaners etc. None of it came off. Very disappointing. I'm disabled and stay indoors, don't use any type of chemicals or lotions. The only thing I used around it was shower soap when showered. This should not have affected it, unless it was made out of junk metal.Definitely not worth what I paid for it. Buyer beware.😥
