The first time I dropped this ring on the ground (slipped off my hand naturally) it hit my vinyl floor and the stone came off. trying to get it back in meant re-gluing and now having globs of glue at the edges where the stone hits the ridge. It's okay looking but a SUPER CHEAP product, they didn't even cover the edge of the "stone" at all to hold it in place.

First off, what I like about this ring. It shines, the beautiful Gold colored band is very nice and smooth with no rough edges whatsoever. The band appears nicely polished.Now, onto what I don't like. The gemstone appeared to have quite the finger print on it. I thought it would be no big deal to clean it. So far, it refuses to come off with soapy water, or even alcohol. No amount of cleaning is removing it. Also the gemstone isn't even set properly into the band, as it presents as lopsided. One end appears sunken in and the other end at the opposite is, quite frankly, sticking out.Two stars since I received an item at all.*11/20/2022 UpdateI decided to exchange the item after realizing there was no sense in keeping it, and maybe they would send me a better quality ring. Well, indeed they did send me a proper ring and stone. The band is still nice and the stone is set more properly and has no staining to speak of. I am glad that they decided to do an exchange.Five stars for a quick rectification of the issue, once I filed for an exchange.
