This pin rocks. First of all, it looks like the cephalothorax of the spider is a real Black pearl from Tahiti. Given the price, of course it's not. But the faux gem is lustrous and sexy. The spider's legs are perfectly detailed, creepy, scary, and gorgeous. A normal person would wear this on a lapel for Halloween. I bought two (one with the legs and body in a dark antiqued finish, the other in a brighter white-metal finish) and wear them as a mated arachnid pair often. Yeah, I'm weird that way. It's well-made, btw. The clasp is sturdy and really locks the pin into place. This is a gorgeous accessory for any nature-lover, or Rolling Stones fan who sing "...she was common, flirty,/ She looked about...thirty," in their epic anthem SPIDER AND THE FLY. Wear it-- I dare you!

I've gotten a couple of these from other sellers and I think this one might be the original or something because the quality is higher. It's good and weighty and very sturdy. It's great for making people uncomfortable but also super pretty 😂

This brooch is very cute. I've bought costume jewelry for retail in the past, and the cost of this little spider is only slightly more than what I would have paid wholesale for an individual item. I bought it to brighten up the upcoming Halloween season, but I'll definitely be wearing it throughout the year, as my mood dictates. Very pleased!
