I got this for a Pandora-style snake chain bracelet, and it's just the right size. Even though it may be a bit less comfortable to wear on the wrist than a flatter charm, it's designed to be as unobtrusive as possible for a 3D model. The heel is not overly pointy or sharp, and it's also shorter than the front of the shoe. The shoe is attached so closely to the loop, it doesn't dangle wildly either.Though I wouldn't say it looks super high end, it has a pretty good quality appearance for this price range. Instead of being filled in, the inside of the shoe is actually open, which is a nice touch. The dark blue rhinestones shine beautifully and actually sparkle with aqua tones in the right light. The loop at the top is a bit plain, but it doesn't look bad.As for the craftsmanship, my only real complaint is that the wee loop connecting the two main pieces doesn't quite come together evenly. It's slightly off, leaving a tiny yet visible gap that makes me nervous. Though it's not big enough for the charm to slip through for now, I've had plenty of experience with this particular piece breaking on similar jewelry. If it isn't especially well-constructed from the start, I fear it won't last long. Only time will tell, but since there's a possible issue with such an integral piece, I'm hesitant to recommend this charm even though I'm mostly satisfied with it otherwise.
