Yay finally a pair of earrings that did not break because they were shipped in a brown envelope with no padding, no box and no protection. Crystals are all intact too- no chips or scratches despite horrid packaging for shipping. All the other pairs that arrived broken were posts and bent though the packaging and one other leverback bent out of shape and would not close. They used to send them in boxes. Not anymore. I am no longer accepting broken merchandise.
