Ordered for my philtrum piercing and it's super comfy. The stud backing is smaller than your typical post, so it's much more comfortable on my gums. It also fits nice and snug, but not too tight.I would give four stars because I wish that the ball was internally threaded and not the post, but it's also on the ad that the post is threaded, so I can't really blame them for selling me exactly what they said they would.But honestly, super comfy and would definitely recommend. And really cute!EDIT: I changed my rating from 5 stars to 2 because the night I wrote the review I went to bed and the ball fell out and then the post fell out in the middle of the night and the piercing hole almost closed. If you can't easily ensure that the ball is fully on then it's not a very quality piece of jewelry.
