I am very pleased with my necklace. Its shiny and the birthstones well placed and pretty. Its everything I expected. The only thing is that I will need to replace the chain as its very thin and may not be very sturdy. I already found a chain gold over silver and it looks beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter in law and was initially disappointed when I received this; it's much smaller than depicted and the names aren't as noticeable. They are faint and look almost etched rather than engraved if that makes sense. Honestly, I considered eating it and finding something else rather than gifting it.I ended up giving it to her and once she saw the kids' names she absolutely loved it. It does need a new chain, as the existing one is very fragile, knots easily, and probably won't last long.If you have realistic expectations as to size and visibility of the names, it's very pretty.

This item was not at all a quality product. The stones are dull and the two June don't even match. One is purple colored and the other is a pink color. The opal stone looks like a cheap zirconia stone. And to top it off they want me to jump through hoops to "make it right." No refund either. I am highly disappointed and paid WAY too much for it. I sent an email to the shop email provided on the "Warranty" card. The response was in broken English and not understandable.
