I got these in the Citrine color & they're a nice, pretty shade of amber which I love & I like their smaller size since my other stud earrings are all larger sizes, so I wanted smaller sized studs to wear in my second pierced ear holes, while I wear my larger studs or other dangly earrings in my first pierced ear holes. So these are perfect for what I wanted them for!They're a nice size for young girls/teens as well! :) And perfect as a gift! Especially for someone who has multiple earring holes pierced in their ears, so they can use smaller stud earrings like these to wear with other larger sizes of stud earrings or dangling earrings, so that the earrings all fit together better side by side in your ears! (Because sometimes having too many large earring backings side by side on the back of your ear creates issues with the backings getting caught together on each other, or it can be harder to get the earrings on & off if they're all larger earrings with all large backings on them...or it can be harder to clean the backs of them all with a Q-tip while you're wearing them if you tend to leave your earrings in for awhile & want to periodically clean/sanitize them quickly with hydrogen peroxide on a Q-tip...that's what I used to do...but it would be harder to do that if ALL the earrings in my ears ALL had large backings on them, so wearing one pair of smaller earrings like these with smaller backings on them solved a lot of those problems!! Just a hint for anyone who wears multiple earrings!) :D

Our daughter has sensitive ears that tend to react with something in the metal of cheap earnings, so we're always on the lookout for inexpensive but quality earnings. These are great, they haven't irritated her ears and she loves the color.
