I have 10 piercings, 9 in my ears and one in my naval. I have purshased this set multiple times over the past few years and have never been unhappy with it. I have long, thick hair and brushing or blowdrying it out sometimes catches on one of the rings. I buy them to replace the ones that vanish into the aether. I am allergic to nickle and weirdly enough steel, but these cause me to have to no adverse reactions, though I wear them all the time and for years at a time. People are still leary of women who have many piercings in their ears (for some stupid reason) but I have never been asked to remove these small hoops for a job. When you have as many as I do it can be hard and tiresome to put them in, but have patience and don't get frustrated. My adornments are a part of my way of expressing myself; I've turned down jobs and people who don't like the fact that I have 5 in my left ear and 4 in my left. These are great because in different sizes, so you can layer them as you please and they don't turn my skin green or give me irritation. They are easy to sleep on once you get used to it. They don't stretch your earlobes and they don't overshine your face. Instead, they just add a shiny addition to my otherwise naked of makeup and pretty plain face. I bought them for myself and that is reason enough to keep a set in reserve for the day when I look in the mirror and see on of a particular size is missing. I also wear the tenth in my naval when I am doing something like surfing. Silver is just awesome isn't it.

For those who complain about difficulty of closing, they are actually quite typical for this type of earring (where the post goes into the hollow hoop), and they are actually more secure than ones I already owned.They are hollow, so don’t expect them to weigh a lot. These are also slightly lighter in weight than similar ones I already own. I don’t mind that actually as (especially for the larger sizes) it makes them more comfortable to wear 24/7.Overall, these hoops are great!! I have worn the middle size (30mm) every day for a week and I’m in love with the look! I have yet to really take them off and I’ve had no issues thus far!!

They are nearly impossible to put on. It took me over 20 minutes to get 3 earrings on and I never got the fourth earring on. I gave up. It's too bad. I really wanted these to work for me.
