Diameter Sizing

The diameter of 365 Sleepers is the measurement of the Inside Diameter of the ring. For example, an 8mm ring in 18G will measure 10mm on the outside diameter.

Each person’s piercing is unique in position and people also like different looks. Some prefer the hoop to hang below the lobe whereas others like the hoop to fit snug.

Generally, the most popular diameter for a regular ear piercing is 8mm and 10mm.

The thickness of 365 Sleepers is measured in millimetres and represented by Gauge Size.

The most popular gauges for regular ear piercings are 20 Gauge (0.8mm) and 18 Gauge (1.0mm).

16 Gauge (1.2mm) is also extremely popular but is more suitable for healed piercings as it is a

bit thicker than a standard earring.

365 Sleepers need to be disinfected before using and we suggest using an antiseptic liquid. Avoid using alcohol or any harsh chemical to clean or sterilise your jewellery.

The design of 365 Sleepers makes them easy to clean whilst being worn as they turn completely through the piercing. Your piercing should be fully healed before changing jewellery.

For a good clean after prolonged wearing, you can use a very soft toothbrush.

Beautiful jewelry piece! Does rotate throughout the day and I gently and easily reset its position probably every 24 hours or so. I've worn 365 sleepers earrings for many years, and have been consistently happy with the quality as well as the ease of wearing (I never take them out). I bought this piece and some other matching titanium ones from the same maker, and have worn them for about a month without issue. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Very Pretty, super tiny, quite easy to sleep in. The sleeper clasp itself comes open way easier than i would like, so I'm always worried I'm going to loose one. I think they are a bit Overpriced considering the *BLING* factor is understated compared to the advertised photo, and how easy they come apart.

I know it's cz but it's very different from the pictures as you can see from my photo. Tiny cz with a lot of spacing in between. I bought these because the quality of the sleeper huggies were great but not the ones with cubic. One didn't even close correctly and not easy to fix. Returning.
