The color of an Alexandrite is ephemeral. Mainly purple hues, but sometimes deep peacock blue/teal, smokey, or orchid colored. This one's got it all. And being simluated I can afford such a nice-sized specimen. So fun, so scrumptious to look at.The opening for your chain is large. You could put this on a silk cord too. Mine is on a 3mm wheat chain.Not sure, haven't tried it, but looks like the bale has a snap clasp on the back. You can kind of see it in one of my images.I couldn't capture the deep teal tone with the lighting i have available today (but their photo does), but you can see the purples and the smokey quartz hue.

This is beautiful! I just received the pendant and the stud earrings. A friend sent a gift card for my birthday and I wanted to treat myself to something sparkly. I thought it looked lovely in the photo, but the actual piece is stunning. The stones change from blue to purple in the light and the settings are well made and well designed. The backs to the earrings fit snugly. The chain is ok, but I will purchase just the right one for this soon. This is definitely a set that I will wear for years and years.

The necklace is wonderful, it looks really beautiful. The only thing that makes me put 4 stars only is that from the pictures posted on Amazon, the gem seem bigger than it actually is. Anyway, I highly recommend this item to anyone. The build quality is also very high.

Beautiful color change! Stunning piece for a super low price. A genuine Alexandrite in this size would be 6 figures. They have a size chart in the pictures, so I'm not sure what type of operator error some reviews had? Great pendant abd the earrings match perfectly. She loved it!

This neckace is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice. It was packaged in a beautiful little box too - the most unique and pretty jewelry box I've seen! I got this necklace for my dear friend for Christmas, and she loves it! Highly recommended!
