The red stones are marvelously red and full of light. It arrived with extra replacement stones, I guess in case any fall out. They look to be pasted in rather than secured with prongs. I measured it to be 1.25 inch by 1.25 inch. Also, because it is rounded it seems even larger than that. It is secured with a very simple finding. So far it seems okay. I gave it 5 stars because the color is great and there are replacement stones, just in case.

The color and size were exactly what I was looking for; however, it arrived much later that expected and appeared cheap looking. It was so heavy that no matter where or what I pinned it on, the pin tilted forward and you couldn’t really tell it was a heart.
