To start with, I'd like to say that I have ordered many pieces of jewelry from this company over the years, and they have always be fantastic! They're my hidden secret for sourcing top-notch pieces at a fraction of what normal retail markup would be for identical products. I've become a huge fan over time, obviously. Now onto the ring. Very high quality, looks excellent in person. The stone is cut perfectly, and set very securely. The band fits accurately according to size, and she tells me it's very comfortable to wear (she wears it all day every day for roughly 5 months now). Tarnishing isn't an issue due to the white gold flash they apply to the sterling silver.Pro tip: Always buy sterling silver with a rhodium or white gold flash (plating). It takes a good while to wear off, it prevents oxidation of the silver, and it maintains a very clean luster. Cleaning rhodium or white gold is very easy and costs virtually nothing (because you don't need anything more than a tissue and maybe a drop or two of water for rhodium, and a basic jewelry cleaning cloth for white gold). A brief rundown: "Rhodium is allergy-friendly, harder than gold, and extremely durable. This metal is idea for jewelry plating as it strengthens the durability and adds a glorious sheen to the metal below it." It's not a cheap trick like gold plated pot metal; it's actually used in high-end jewelry. As for white gold, it's not as strong as rhodium, but often comes clad in rhodium. Aim for sterling silver pieces advertised as being plated/flashed in one or both of these metals. Thank me later.

This is my 5th piece from Silvershake (3 rings, 2 pairs of earrings) and I could not be happier with this store! This ring is a gorgeous shade of green, the perfect size and very comfortable to wear. The design of the ring is beautiful. It doesn't stand up too high on the finger so it won't get caught in clothes, etc. I also love that the setting has the tips of the marquis-cut stone covered so there's no way for the stone to chip. I have had marquis-cut stones in the past (real gemstones from physical stores) that weren't covered and just with daily wear they have broken. That isn't going to happen with this ring. Silvershake is now the only shop I will purchase from off Amazon because the quality and beauty are so good (not to mention the awesome price point). I get compliments every time I wear their jewelry. The fact that they offer rings in half sizes is a huge plus as well.

I purchased the London Blue Topaz in size 5. The ring itself measures between a 4.75 and a 5 on my ring mandrel (a conical stick with ring sizes marked on it). I know there are variances between mandrels, so it's "close enough", as far as I'm concerned. But, also, I tend to wear 4.5 to 4.75 on this particular finger, so this is better than a full 5 - for me.The pictures are all taken outdoors in direct sunlight, just to give you a full idea of the prettiness of the blue. I also wanted to show a side angle, so you can see it's not too "grabby", as in, it doesn't stick up too much and doesn't have a whole lot of snag-points. I included a fuller hand picture for reference of stone size. Keep in mind: I have somewhat small hands. It's dainty and delicate. And, I really appreciate the asymmetry of the design (that's what stood out to me, and why I chose this ring out of all the gajillion options available).

This ring came before its expected delivery date, which was awesome. It's a gorgeous sterling silver ring with simulated Alexandrite in it. True to its word, it does change colors depending on the light. True to some of the reviews, it is a lot paler than some of the images and the color changes are more subtle. In the sunlight it is a lovely pale green like the first image the seller posted. Under the LED lights of my bathroom it was a nice shade of pink. In just average light it is either a mix of pink and green or a kind of greyish color. The ring base and setting alone are worth the price though and the seller pictures of this ring DO NOT give the ring itself justice, it is absolutely gorgeous and perfectly polished.I bought this ring because of its unique base and design, and for the most part I absolutely love it. The top prong is off by maybe a mm, which isn't a big deal normally, but it makes the stone look slightly crooked when I look down randomly. Not a huge deal, just something I notice because I'm constantly examining rings, so I notice when a stone looks slightly off in its setting.Overall this is an excellent product and I love it. The stone is a bit pale so the color changes are kind of muted. I tried to take pictures of them because it really does look pale green in sunlight, but my camera only wanted to pick up on the pink and faint gray.

It’s comfortable and beautiful. The gem is darker than I thought it would be but I prefer it this way

This ring is very cute! I’ve had it on for several months everyday. I shower and wash with it on and there has been no change in color and it’s just as beautiful as the day I bought it! 10/10 recommend!

Super cute loved the color and the design of the ring, but then stone fell off not even a week wearing it :( it’s not durable at all..

Stone is great, clear and bright; fits perfectly, is comfortable to wear, and the silverwork is really pretty. Exactly what I was hoping for!
