Tiny! These earrings are very small. The picture makes them look like huggie hoops with the heart/peace sign attached in front. These are described as huggie posts and that is exactly what they are. The heart sits on your ear like a post earring would but more comfortably because the clasp is a leverback instead of a butterfly back. For the price ($13.99) they are not bad but you should read details carefully as they are so small. When I first saw them I didn't think I would be able to get them on. The hearts are shiny and cute. These would be very good for a small child.

Purchased for long term wear after 6-yr-old daughter got her ears pierced a few months ago. The hidden closure has worked best. She has lost sterling silver earrings with butterfly backs. In the unlikely event she loses these more secure earrings, replacement will be very affordable. The size is perfect for younger children or for top holes. Kids with thicker lobes, high piercing points or older than 10 might find these earrings too small and/or tight.
