Consumer beware - NOT surgical steel! I had to research the truth of surgical steel in the wonderment of why I was breaking out with eczema on my neck and hands while wearing this product (tested it more than 3 x's and sure enough..it is the earrings). I found out that many merchants will state "surgical steel" when it is not. Here is a link I found so that I may share with all who absolutely need surgical steel; so read up on the truth on the differences between actual surgical steel and stainless steel which this product is. These are very nice. You would not be able to tell they were not Gold. You get a lot of earrings in this shipment ranging from medium to tiny sized balls.
