The product description is misleading. Up to now all the bracelets I have purchased are measured by their internal circumference. This provides you with an idea of the fit. The 9" hast to be the external circumference, which leaves the bracelet far too tight for my use.

Cool, substantial bracelet of stainless steel. Fits and hangs well on the wrist. Only cost 24 bucks or something like that.
