Since the item description said 1 3/4" I was puzzled by reviews that said 'too large'. I measured my old crucifix to insure that 1 3/4" would Not be too long for my rosary Well, I ordered these & they're all 2 1/2" & won't work for a rosaryUPDATE: The seller sent the correct size & they're perfect. So glad to have found these. I'm upgrading from 1 to 5 stars!!

These are very nice crucifixes. The connectors are sturdy, easy to open and close, and won't open for the crucifix to fall off a chain or rosary. I checked the length of the crucifix and it is indeed 1 3/4 inches long. The other review is a bit misleading. Overall, a good buy.
