I am not able to wear inexpensive earrings due to being allergic to the metal. Gold has gotten so expensive that I thought I would give these a try since they are gold plated. I have worn them several times and haven’t had a problem. The only drawback is the wire that goes through the hole in my ear is a little large for the opening and is painful getting it through. After a couple of minutes, the pain is gone and I’m able to keep them in for several hours. They are very pretty and I can’t tell the difference in the way they look and solid gold. I would recommend them to anyone who has metal allergies. The price was very good.
