I like the initial pendant it comes with but it’s pretty much impossible to use the chain it comes with because all of the loops are too small to clasp through, I had to use a chain from a different necklace in order to actually wear the pendant. Also it’s a tiny pendant so if you’re looking for one that you can see from a distance this isn’t it, you have to be right there, holding it in order to see the letter.

The picture showed 2 chains. The chain that was attached to the rectangle with the letter A on it was missing. The other chain had a knot in it which I could not get untied. After looking at everything it may be that I received a used set with a missing piece that someone else returned. I returned this set. Hopefully this one doesn't get sent to the next person that orders this item.
