Let me start by saying that I'm a farmer. Even when I wear my overalls & water boots, I still wear my jewelry and apply makeup. With that said, I've been opting for stainless steel jewelry here lately since I'm a complete brute with my stuff. I can't stop and think about what what I can and can not do because of my jewelry.In regards to this bracelet... I would dare to say on a dainty side but strong and sturdy.I make jewelry myself, and let me say that I was impressed that the extender chain is soldered on. (the little extra chain to adjust to your right wrist size or have it dangle). For such an inexpensive piece, it is well made and made with pride. It is not as light as sterling silver. You can obviously tell that it's stainless steel, yet it is beautiful, well polished and I wear it without any discomfort. I sleep, shower, work with it and it's not uncomfortable at all. I also do not have any problems with it snagging onto my clothes like some pieces of jewelry do. So... if you're looking for something to wear that looks great, does not tarnish, is comfortable and extremely affordable, this is the piece for you.Picture for comparison with sterling silver on luster. I removed the extender chain.
