First impressions are pretty positive. If I had one complaint, it would be that the straps are generally a little shorter than the diver-style straps I'm accustomed to. Even so, it still fits comfortably around my wrist with a couple holes to spare.As for the pros, there are many.The quality looks good. The strap is soft and flexible, and surprisingly comfortable. It feels like it'll last a long time before it needs replacement. I bet at least 5 years.The tool-free install/removal is a great feature, one that I had previously mocked as lazy, stupid, and unnecessary. What a fool I was! It's great to be able to swap the straps without a tool. I can't see why I would consider a strap that doesn't offer the feature now that I've tried it out in person.Overall, I am very happy with this strap, and getting three for the price of two really made it an easy purchase. Should my opinion change, I'll update this review. I don't expect that I'll need to.

I'm sorry to see this is out of stock already - I recently purchased an 18mm black strap with red stitching for my Vostok Komandirskie, a month ago. It looks great, is very comfortable, and is not attracting lint and dust. I've stayed away from quick release straps but these were very easy to install and are secure.There was an issue with the order - address snafu - but the seller was attentive and remedied the situation.

Band itself is actually very nice looking and seems to be well made. My only issue was that the width of strap towards the lever action went too far and I had to trim it a bit in order to get strap to fit my watch.

This is a beautiful band at a very reasonable price. The pre-installed pins make it easy to put on, and it feels comfortable, lightweight, and secure.Definitely the right choice for my watch.

I've had this strap for about 3 weeks and wearing the watch almost daily. I'll start with the good parts:1. It looks very appropriate on a Seiko SSB031 mecaquartz chronograph.2. It keeps the watch in place very well on my wrist, due to the softness of the rubber material.Bad parts, starting with the less worrisome and ending with the most worrisome:1. The material is very thick and when you tuck the longer band into the keepers on the shorter side, the bulk is getting close to a centimeter thick. You definitely notice it if you set your wrist down to type up an email.2. Due to the soft material (which also helps keeps it in place well), it is basically a lint roller. Put your hand in your pocket? That means your strap just turned dark gray from dust and lint. If you wipe the strap with your thumb, the dust comes off but the next time you put your hand in your pocket or underneath a sweatshirt, the strap will be covered with dust. Not nice.3. See second image of this review. The nub that is attached to the quick release on the longer strap has fallen off in less than 3 weeks. I now have no way to remove this strap from the watch so I will be sending Strapsco an email about this. Very disappointed and frustrating.
