This was as described, and my mom loved this gift for Mother's Day. She wears it every day now and it seems to be comfortable and durable. The only thing that was an issue was the words on the card could have been a little bigger because she can barely see and could not read it but what was said she really loved it. I would most definitely recommend this item to gift to mothers.
