I wanted to get an older piece of jewelry looking like new again and went with the Shelton brand for the price & to support a family business. Instructions are found on the back detailing what you should & shouldn’t use these wipes on which was very helpful, the wipes are a great size as well!These wipes took an older, dirty & blemished piece (see photos) & made it shine like it was out of the box! I highly recommend these if you are looking to clean up any old jewelry and/or maintain any pieces you want to last.

The first wipe I opened was great. It was uniformly moist and I shined up some sterling earrings and rings then looked around for a few more pieces while I had the wipe out. A couple weeks later a friend was over and I took out another one to give him, it was half dry and did not at all feel like it did a good job. We grabbed two more, and only one was as good as the first one I tried. It's confusing that there would be so much inconsistency within the same box. I like the idea of being able to travel with these for going to weddings or on vacation, but not if you have to bring the whole box because you can't rely on the quality.

First of all I don't think these are value for money. Secondly I don't think they work well. Don't expect to see dirt coming of your jewelry. I think they are OK if you clean your jewelry regularly and the items are not too dirty. They do not touch tarnish, so no good for my needs.

I bought this to have easy access when I’m away from home. I wear my yellow gold jewelry 24/7 and of course it gets dull from soap and lotions. These wipes are one and done and have a slim packaging to throw in my purse or even my wallet. Great for the price for sure! Will be using again.

So you can see in the first pic at how much my silver ring was oxidized and tarnished and after using just 1 wipe, you can see in the 2nd that it’s back to shining new again. I would def recommend these wipes.
