This was quite a bit bigger than expected (but that was my own problem in not thinking about the dimensions provided so I can't knock it down a star) but it's pretty (as pretty as a kidney can be). As a kidney transplant recipient I love this necklace. I have gotten comments about it while out and it has sparked some great awareness conversations about kidney disease.
