It's pretty but not what is pictured. I chose this charm because of the lobster clasp so it could hook onto a charm bracelet for a gift. I bought a bracelet to put this on for my mother in law but there's no lobster clasp so it can really only go onto a necklace I guess. I soecifically picked this for her bracelet I bought. So now I'm stumped on what to do. The charm won't hook on. The piece to make it dangle is a solid circle. Not what was shown in picture. Misleading.

Worst customer service in the world, they never responded to my emails, iMessages and phone calls. I purchased 4 cousin charms and none of the charms had the advertised lobster clasps... such a disappointment. Now I am waiting for my refund... I would give them no stars
