I have been using Bandliners for years now on all my leather, alligator, and even synthetic fine watch bands.It adds a nice comfortable fit, but also extends the life of these natural materials and lets me wear them further into summer. Each season or year, I peel them off and replace, and it's like a fresh band!It's one thing to replace a cheap band for going funky, but have you seen what Omega charges for a strap replacement? Panerai? Ouch! I've never found a way to get rid of the "funk" in a leather band once the odor sets in, but Bandliners have been a 100% solution to avoiding it.The adhesive is "just right". It doesn't come off while being worn, but you can patiently remove it without damaging the delicate material underneath.Don't worry about the length, as it's easy to trim to avoid buckles, and spend some time thinking through which parts of the strap touch your wrist and which don't.The width of the Bandliner should be just enough to cover the band, but end a little short of the edge to avoid seeing it at all, or peeling off during wear. There's a lot of flexibility in the material, so you can direct it around the band and curvature as needed.All in all, these have paid for themselves several times over, and have brought leather back into rotation without worrying so much about water or sweat.

They are perfect, but please sell round discs to apply to the back of watches! I have a metal allergy and these work great for keeping metal watch backs from burning my skin!

If you have sensitive skin and notice your watch band causes contact dermatitis to your wrist, this product may be a viable option for you.the material is quite comfortable and depending on the type of material you attach the adhesive to it holds well for a few days.I have not tested the strips on metal bands, but I did try them on both leather-like material and silicone with different patterns. The leather is by far the best for these to stick to, and even with multiple hand washing and being sweaty the strips stayed in place.As for silicone, they do not perform as well. They didn't stick too well to the material, and also did not stay in place for more than a few hours. There may be a type of silicone band that they can stick to properly, but the ones I have had designs or different etchings and thus would not stay.If you have a leather or similar material band, they should be fine, otherwise, you may not have the best value for this product.

A must for anyone with sensitive skin or for anyone who wears a hefty watch. Makes your watch so comfortable you forget it is there. Also increases the life of my leather bands. I have not worn a watch without one of these since discovering this product a couple years ago.
