For the first 2-3 weeks these earrings were very good. I wore them day/night, I would take them off to clean them and my ear every now and then. After those 2-3 weeks, my ear felt hot. I didn’t think anything of it because I didn’t have a problem. A few days later my ear started itching bad, and my ear was hot to the touch. I took the studs off and the rose color was gone and it was black near the base of the earring where the post connects. They are gorgeous earrings but maybe not wear them day/night. I had to throw the pair away, I still have two pair, but I’m a bit skeptical now if I should wear them with a Vaseline barrier or try and get another pair from another brand. If your ears are sensitive to metals don’t buy these.
