I'm currently only giving it 3 stars and that's only because I was impressed that it looK wise it's exactly what I was hoping for.. however with that in mind I am only giving 3 stars because I have a couple things I'm concerned about. Number one thing bothering me is that I'm not sure that it's really surgical steel like its told to be.. but I could be wrong but every know and then ill get a wiff of a copper like smell and while I've never had any problems with any sort if metal allergy before but my skin has started breaking out right under my septum and is kind of painful at times... but I cant say for sure yet if metal allergy is the cause I've only had it in about 2 days and the skull is pretty bulky so it could just be the skull irritating my skin and my skin may just need a little time to get used to it so well see and I'll rate again later

This is a great product! It's my second time buying them, but I really only have one complaint: the silver coating on the skulls seems to wear off within a few days. Aside from that, I have no complaints. The package arrived quickly and as described.

It went in easily but the skull part took some time to pop in and once its in its pretty heavy. But still great product, i love it.
