I ordered this 8mm clicker as a replacement for the daith ring I had lost. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The company even includes a "bonus" ring which was an unexpected and nice surprise with the potential to come in handy because it's a basic, ring with silver ball that will go with a lot. On to review of what I ordered:PRODUCT: Melighting Septum Ring 16G Vine Septum Jewelry Stainless Steel 316L Septum Piercing Daith Piercing Jewelry Conch Helix Earring Cartilage Earring for WomenCOLOR: 16G 8MMAPPEARANCE: The clicker ring is even more beautiful and dainty in-person than depicted in the listing pictures. It is small but perfect for my ear because it's small as well.USE: The ring was easy to insert, although you may want to carefully consider from which direction it needs to be inserted in order for the "bling" to show. A certain level of difficulty is added to this task considering you can't see what you're doing if you're attempting to do it on your own. I *thought* that I had it lined up correctly but didn't realize until after I had fastened it that it was laying face down in my ear which meant that the back of the ring was showing with the rhinestones facing the the interior of my ear which meant that they could not be seen.However, thanks to this mistake on my part, I'm able to tell you that the clicker fastens VERY securely because I had to get assistance from two other people before being able to take it out and reinsert it correctly. I have NO fears that this ring will accidently come undone and fall out without my knowledge. In fact, due to chronic pain and arthritis, my hands are not strong enough to undo the clasp myself which is why I had to have assistance in the aforementioned scenario. First, I asked my husband to assist. He attempted but, due to the daintyness of the ring and lack of room for his "sausage" fingers to maneuver in my small ear, was unable to successfully assist. So, I had to enlist the aid of our 19-yr-old son, and he was able to get the clasp to release only after finding something small enough to use as a lever. Even being able to see what he was doing, he also inserted it backwards in his first attempt but, fortunately, realized his mistake BEFORE closing the clasp so was able to easily remove and reposition it correctly before snapping shut.I'm a side-sleeper and have slept on it every night since it arrived because I never remove nor change my earrings unless I have to for medical imaging or surgery. Even sleeping directly on it, there has been no discomfort, and the clasp has held without difficulty.OVERALL IMPRESSION: I love this ring and would purchase again without hesitation! It is definitely 316L stainless steel because the only metals my body does not react to are this, titanium, and gold, and I have have no negative reactions despite wearing it 24/7 which includes sleeping on it at night and even leaving it in while showering/swimming. The clasp makes a firm *SNAP!* when fastened which I appreciate because it leaves no doubt as to whether or not you got it shut. The design is feminine and neutral so that it can be worn with anything. I look forward to getting years of wear out of this product. Thanks!
