I ordered a customized necklace for a young lady who is turning 16. I filled in the customization in the cart and purchased. The birthday is in September so I want to make sure that I ordered to receive in time. Not a half hour passed when I received a "your order has shipped" message. I thought that maybe it wasn't personalized correctly. Well it was and the item is just like the picture. Very satisfied.

The engraving is clear and well done, but what is supposed to be gold plating turned colors within a week of wearing it.The seller offered to polish it - will update the review after that with whatever the results are.Update: haven’t worn this in years because of how bad it looks, terrible product
