The picture does not reflect the beauty of this watch. It works perfectly if you prefer a watch without a battery. The watch works on the movement of your arm...if your arms stops moving (while you sleep or sit in a chair and watch a movie,) the watch stops. You have to shake it to "wake it up" and reset the time. I gave the watch to my sister-in-law and she loves it....I bought a Seiko with a battery.

Bought this one to the replace the one that the U.S. Postal Service "lost". My wife had the other one for 40+ years, then poof, the package reached Richmond, Va. and the got "directed" to Sacramento, Ca. instead of Chesapeake, Va. Even thieves recognize a great watch when they steal it.

The watch is very nice. I bought it as a gift but when it was opened found that it wasn’t operating properly and the mechanism inside that is supposed tot keep the watch charged is broken. I took it to a specialist who confirmed that this was the case. I’ve been trying to contact the seller to get this handled but have received no response whatsoever. I was hoping to spend this much on a nice present but instead received a watch that doesn’t work. Can anyone help me with this?

Got this for my mom, she loves it! It looks exactly as pictured. And is the standard women's size. Great buy! You can't beat the price. Seiko has been a trusted brand in time pieces since the early 1900's. I would reccomend this purchase!
