The media could not be loaded. It’s a good thing this is only a gift for my teenaged son’s girlfriend. That being said is the only reason it’s not being returned immediately. It’s all rough and scratched up around the edges and on the inside…. See pics. Just a matter of time before that .925 paint wears off of it. It’s very lack luster for use of better words it looks dull on the sides and NOTHING At all like the photo. They also mailed it in a large prime mailer with no box or anything just came in a tiny little plastic zip lock baggie and then they just dropped it in there. It felt like there was nothing in the envelope and we finally found it wedged in the corner. All around it’s truly Ridiculous. DO BETTER!
