I have one in each ear along with a hoop and cross. They go really nice together. The size is also perfect. The only downside for me is that you have to screw the back on (which I already knew) and with big hands it took a little time to get it done. All being said, these are really nice earrings.

These are very nice earrings. They are quite tasteful and attractive, and they stay in place very well. However, I find them a little bit difficult to put in. My holes in my earlobes tend to be somewhat on the small side, but I would recommend these earrings to anyone whose earlobe holes are big enough.
