I like these earrings, but considered not keeping them. I haven't had problems with the back not staying closed, but the post (the part going through the ear) is very thick, and even with lubrication (neosporin), they are very painful to put in. I don't mind a little discomfort, but the first few days of wearing them, the discomfort lasted all day and beyond. Luckily, perhaps my ears are adjusting, and I was able to wear them for a day without discomfort, and so I'm going to keep them as I like the look a lot. I got the necklace to go with them, which is pretty, but the necklace is a bit too small compared to the earrings to look exactly right. Still, I think the design is lovely, and I am hopeful they will stay shiny and sparkly. The earrings aren't the lightest things in the world, but I haven't noticed them feeling uncomfortably heavy. I wish the company would make the posts a normal thickness - perhaps it has to do with the way the back clips into the post. A normal earring back might work better.

Love these. They were slightly smaller than I pictured and I thought they weren’t going to be that noticeable. However got compliments as soon as I got in the elevator at work from strangers, lol. Several coworkers also gave me compliments on them. I love the graphic and they have a nice weight to them and good clasps. Very comfortable to wear all day, very happy.
